I just received this chair and I'm really impressed with the quality and ease of assembly. It took me about 15 minutes to put together. Only one piece requires tools, the piece under the seat with the height adjuster on it. Everything else just snaps together. For that piece you just need a screw driver to screw in four screws. I actually don't have a screw drive so I used a dime and it worked perfectly. The chair feels very sturdy and comfortable. It rolls easily (on hardwood). My one complaint is that it is a little high for me. Even when dropped all the way down I feel like I want it to be a little lower. I'm 5'9", but I like to sit closer to the floor with my knees bent and my feet tucked under the chair, and this chair is too tall to sit like that. Otherwise, it is perfect.
