awesome packaging

It took me longer to unpack than assemble this is a good thing. Assembly was super easy with good instructions. There were no defects, and the quality I rate very high. Very comfortable, I fell asleep in it the first night. I'll see how it holds up as I just got it, but I would be surprised if it starts breaking down. I plan on buying 1-3 more to match. Also the attached table is very nice wood to match the chair base. Very sturdy swivel base.

Good for the $$$

Although the chair arrived with a slight chip on the base of the ottoman, it was easy to cover and not worth the hassle of returning it. The chair is a little creaky, but for the money you can't go wrong, I saved at least $100 by comparison shopping for a similar chair. The leather looks and feels good. This chair is a nice addition to any living room.

Poor quality

The chair was shipped promptly and it was easy to assemble. Unfortunately it was very uncomfortable. The back, the seat and the lumbar support were rock hard. I couldn't sit in for more than 30min with out getting a back ache, and I'm not prone to back aches. I had to return it and that was expensive. They sent it with free shipping but charged that back to me when I returned it($65.00) plus a restocking fee of $50.00 and the return shipping of $116.00.I will say the company was cooperative.
